Meet Rob

After twenty years in the finance departments of two large trade associations, I retired in January 2025 as the Vice-President of Finance from the Pinellas REALTOR® Organization. I am offering my services as your tax preparation expert, bookkeeping for small non-profit and for-profit companies, and notary services. I earned my BS in Accounting in 2011 from Athens (Alabama) State University and have enrolled in the Master’s Degree program at University of West Florida. I earned my credentials as a Certified Public Accountant in 2022. My personal interests include reading, walking, and all aspects of theater production.

Individual Tax Returns

1040 (US Individual Income Tax Return) – $200 – may be more, depending on complexity

1040 Schedule A (Itemized Deductions) – $75 per form

1040 Schedule C (Profit or Loss from Business) – $150 – may be more, depending on expenses

1040 Schedule D (Capital Gains and Losses) – $15 per item

1040 Schedule SE (Self-employment tax) – $30 per form


Business Tax Returns

Form 1120 (US Corporation Income Tax Return) – $500

Form 1065 (US Return of Partnership Income) – $600

Form 1120S (US Income Tax Return for an S Corporation) – $400

Other Services

Amended Returns (1040-X) – $100

Foreign Tax Credit (Form 1116) – $35 per form

Installment Agreement Request (Form 9645) – $75 per form

Report of Foreign Bank Account (FinCEN 114) – $25 per form

Notary Service – $10 per document, plus travel as needed
